how to get reimbursed for your new brillen.com eyewear

Most vision care plans offer....

Out-0f-Network Benefits (OON).  Follow these easy steps to get reimbursed.

  1. Determine your plan
  2. Inquire if you have "OON"
  3. Click on the link to your plan
  4. Complete form and mail.

We are here to help.

It is really pretty simple.  Get your reimbursement form and receipt sent in and get your money!

Please also note that the eye doctors at each location are independent and may be in-network with some plans for the eye exam. Ask at your appointment for details.

If your provider is not listed, contact them to inquire about out-of-network benefits and request instructions for reimbursement.
